At Africalis, we take great pride in the handcrafted nature of our jewelry. Each piece is meticulously created to ensure the highest level of perfection in design and assembly. Given the durable nature of the resin used in our products, we do not anticipate any damages during shipping.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We ask that you inform us immediately upon receipt of your order if you are not happy with your item.
Wholesale Purchases: We offer a 7-day return window for wholesale orders. This allows us to accommodate any concerns or issues promptly.
Retail Purchases: For full retail purchases, we extend a 30-day return policy. This provides our valued customers with ample time to review and assess their purchase.
To initiate a return, please reach out to jess@africalis.com (mailto:jess@africalis.com) and provide the reason for your request. Once we have accepted your return, you will need to ship the item(s) back to our warehouse or office in New York, which we will provide details for. Please ensure the item(s) are returned in their original packaging.
